Saturday the blizzard continued with gusts well over 50 mph, after lunch the wind eased a little and we sampled the remaining 10 samples. These 10 samples completed the bulk of our terrestrial sampling. There were many snow drifts in the station and once located many of the remaining terrestrial sites required some snow removal. The first photo shows the location of M10-9, while the second shows the snow removal prior to sampling. The next photo shows Station I7408 prior to removal of the layer of ice overlaying the sample.
