and returned to Christchurch. The next flight was on 20 November 2001,
departing around 0915 and arriving at McMurdo at around 1630.
| The trip from College Station to McMurdo required longer than originally anticipated. We departed for Antarctica at 1300 11 November 2001 and arrived in Christchurch around 0900 on 13 November 2001. Our flight to McMurdo was scheduled for 0800 on 16 November 2001 (Check in at 0515). The flight was delayed to 1030, then to 1330, and finally cancelled. The flight for 17 November 2001 was scrubbed and rescheduled for 0415 on 18 November 2001.
